Robert is right. Had my paint done at Piccione and they are absolutely great. Yes you will find cheaper prices at other shops but IMO the quality there is worth it. Now you say that your car is scorch yellow...do you mean rally yellow (which is the official GM name for the color). Either way yes Piccione will exactly match the color. They did my bowties and engine cover and exactly matched the factory rally yellow paint. They have plenty of examples of artwork they have done (like the tribal graphics you want) in their showroom. Definitely go in and talk to them.

I mean best I have ever worked with period, I have owned and restored a 66 Impala, 84 Chevy Silverado, 69 Chevy Camaro SS and have had all of them painted in various shops throughout the Valley; the job on my 2010 Camaro by Piccione was the best period!
