Yes they are painted on. I wouldn't have it any other way and absolutely love them compared to the cheap ass factory stick ons. Cost of the stripes, engine cover, side lamps and rear lamps ran me about $1,750. John who owns the body shop that is located at but not part of Steve Rayman Chevy did the work.
