    Hi Robin,
I'm wondering about that built trans you have. Did you have yours rebuilt to heavy duty status or did you buy it and install. Does it have a dipstick?
    Thanks

Robin, Does the GMPP stage 2 cam come with lifters if not where can I get lifters to match that cam, also will the factory valve springs work or will I have to get new ones. The stage 2 cam doesn't change the lift over factory on the intake side but adds about .030 on the exhaust side. Would you happen to know how this cam makes the car idle? Because I am looking for some lump. Any help you can give on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

    Robin,
Hope all is well. I read the write up in Hot Rod. Thanks for all the good work. Any new developments? Just curious.

    Robin,
What have you heard about the CV joints in our SS's? There have been alot of them breaking here on this site. Seams like alot more have broken CV joints than output shafts on M6's and GM jumped all over the transmission problem. Is Gm doing something to fix the CV problem other than just replacing it with another one that is weak and will eventually break?
I'd appreciate any info you can provide.

    Thanks, Don
