ken i just bought a sct x3 for my 2011 camaro 2ss and as soon as i got home it didnt work it said emc unsupported or something like tht plus there were no directions in the package either, the guy at the shop i bought it from said all i have to do is pretty much plug and play so to speak but this is not the case. i then tried your tech support with no answers from anyone so now ive sat all weekend not being able to use it. i am very disstisfied with this by a new product that doesnt even work and then cannot get any help during the weekend, anyway the victory engineered in michigan is where i got it from and they were closed as well. how can i fix this problem i am really wanting to use it and if not how do i return for my full refund thanks for your time

Good evening Ken. Just received my SCT 3400 tuner and am having issues. I have 2011 Camaro Ss
I keep getting "send fail" every time i try to "Configure the data log" It reads my processor code every time. when i start the configure data log process, it gets 1/4 of the way, then freezes, then i get the "send fail" message. After that when i try to "get vehicle processor ID" it tells me "cannot connect to vehicles ECU.
I am also receiving "transfer failed 536870933 (livelink:unloadjungoDriver)
If i use ECM#2, it doesnt even recognize the connection between the tuner and the vehicle, If i use ECU1&2, it just and reads "waiting" left it that way for 20 minutes, and nothing populated in the list.
Just letting you know what my issues are and dont want to post all ver the forums my issues. I do have one post on Ken with jannetty to see if he and Nick have any remedies. Any help would be appreciated.

Ken I have a 2010 Camaro L99, I have an X3, I turned off the DOD and firmed up the shift. Now it acts like it misses a shifts between 3rd and 4th it M mode (or sport mode) the engine will rev up and I have to let off the gas to get it to catch a gear. Also the tap shift only works 1,2,3 nothing else. no matter the speed. Our octane in Washington is 89 or 92 what should I set it at. Your help would be appreciated. Tim
