had them done at a friends shop located in hayward CA. he does mostly hot rods. had him go with an old school look and it came out very nice. he only does one off's, so he will never do the exact same thing twice. its all hand layed and takes a few days to have done. i can get you more info if you would like.

They get skinnier because of the Camaro's lines. Do you want it to look like a Mustang or Challenger? If you can get them full length and full width all the way, than your autobody guy is amazing. It all needs to look uniform over the entire car.
