I picked it up from ebay. It was a promotional item from State Farm Insurance back when the original CARS movie was released. They are becoming somewhat rare but you'll see them pop up every once in a while on ebay.
You're already one step ahead of me on the wheels though! I've been putting off getting mine powdercoated because I have to have my buddies shop keep the car on their lift all day so I have to schedule with him and my powdercoater. I can get you some more pictures if you shoot your email my way. I originally was going to go for the "black out" look until I saw EVERYONE on here doing it that had a black Camaro so said forget it I'll go with my own theme...what I dubbed the "Black Widow" theme and man I love the car that much more now! Let me know man.
