Insurance won't come through in time.

As much as it pains me to say this, there won't be a cruise held or sponsored by Camaro5. It wasn't my call. I spent weeks setting it up, talking to countless people, and now? ....insurance won't come through.

All it's going to take is for one dumb@ss to wreck and try to sue. So no...site owner will not sponsor/hold a cruise.

Beyond my control....

And I sincerely thank ALL OF YOU for your efforts in all of this. Quite frankly, ....I'm upset. I really wanted this...and it was my baby....and I did everything I could.

See...we actually have an escort. They will do it regardless. It's the fact that we won't have insurance "in case" something happens during the cruise and then someone wants to be a jerk and come after the site.

I do appreciate everyone's efforts...more than y'all know. Still....I'm seriously bummed. I wish there was more to say....:(

Don't get down on yourself. Sure it would have been fun but we have plenty of great things to do at the Fest. You guys did an incredible job of putting something of this magnitude together...and all volunteer labor too. We're all going to have a blast and there's nothing to be bummed about.
