The level 5 TR6060 is fully micro polished rebuild with bronze fork pads. The level 6 is a fully micro polished rebuild, bronze fork pads, carbon blocking rings, a zr1 pick up tube and a 9310 billet output shaft. The level 4 is a basic rebuild, level 5 is for people who want a better shifting trans and the level 6 is for people with hard track use in mind.

Many people and shops are sending their 5th gens down the track with 700+ hp on the stock tr6060. Are they just lucky? seems like a "drag specific: upgrade is the only thing that would be worth my upgrade. And for that money idk. Like the other above said, I'm on the fence about it.

The TR6060 is a tuff trans out of the box and light years ahead of the T56 it replaced. It has it issues however, mainly with the shift forks. The level 5 set up takes care of those issues with the better shift forks. The level 6 will handle anything you can throw at it.

I usually drive on the street but occasionally hit the track and I always drive aggressively. Also I'm looking to build a 427 in the near future can you recommend what level and a price please.
