LSA Pinout correction

Note that the LSA is pinned out completely differently and listed in the FSM. Also I found an error in the 2013 FSM. The clutch pedal position sensor is on K20 X3 pin 63 which is mislabeled in the FSM as the brake pedal position sensor.
