If that's the case, it'll be one sexy car because I LOVEEE the 2015 mustang, as opposed to the other MY.

Is it just me, or does it have styling cues from the 2004-06 GTO? We all know how well THAT sold.

That muffler is the ugliest thing.

Definitely splitting the grill like the Pontiac models. Not sold on it.

Me either... please, GM, let the Pontiacs die a quiet death. Looks like (maybe) no gill slits - I was hoping for functional slits but none is better than fake ones.

Still too early to tell, but I hope they haven't screwed it up like Ford did with the Mustang.

BARF!

Looking back at the car scoops rendering now, either they've seen the car or they took a very very good guess. Of course all the trim, light styles ect. aside, the shape of the car, lower front bumper, headlight and grill cut outs, the "shape" of the rear lights all match the car scoops rendering damn near spot on. When you compare, look at shapes not finished details.

At this point where the swirly wrap comes out, there's not really any dummy body panels on the car anymore.

3 thoughts cross my mind when I saw the camaro FRONT grille..

1. Chevy want to return the Camaro white red and blue emblem or the SS badge and want to keep it hidden for now
2. Chevy divided the Grill for some structural Reasons...
3. Chevy developed a optional T-A appearance Package and we are watching it

I really hope is not the No 2...

any thoughts about this?

Thats tape over the emblem in the middle of the grill not an actual separation. It would make no sense and would be completely out of the norm for Chevys design language.

Looks like a cross between a 5th Gen and a Charger. Not crazy about it yet. The TA spoiler doesn't belong.

grkjet 09-29-2014 12:17 PM

the back is looking like a lancer as mentioned earlier. Break light should remain where the 5th gen has it.

SSOOCH 09-29-2014 12:18 PM

Is this really going to be unveiled at the NAIAS in January of 2015?

ssrs2lt 09-29-2014 12:18 PM

I think there's front wheel vents or what ever you call them as well.
