OK, I'm confused. I was under the impression that the factory Hurst shifter would at least look similar to the aftermarket one. What if I want the shiny flat stick with a white ball on it and not the factory look???????

Any idea what is below that factory ball on the Hurst option???

you can retain your stock knob with the aftermarket Hurst unit if you choose!

Booo! I h8 the factory shift knob. Feels horrible and balky in the palm of my hand. I see this is the same, only the trows are shorter (which is a good thing). Would have to get an aftermarket knob.

Ah, no knob diff, thought the entire assembly was being referred to.
