Surprised about the front 10.5": they don't stick out at all... perfectly flushing the fenders.

Do you confirm +35 offset on the front?

20x10.5 +35 confirmed. :thumbsup:

Just keep in mind that tires size and brand will also affect landing point in relation to the fender, as some tire brands run smaller or wider than others.
