My apartment wants $500 upfront non-refundable to have a pet.

yeah too expensive, they also want a monthly rent for each pet living there.

Not sure about fla, but in Cali it is illegal to have a non-refundable deposit.

And maybe don't tell them you have a pet....

It's not really a deposit, more just a one-time fee.

And it'd be even more expensive if they found out I had one without letting them know.

Id love to but Im stuck at work still doing change of command inventories.. not to mention I have rifle scopes that are signed out right now.. cant relax until everything is returned and accounted for
