Does anyone know if we can buy the knob with the Hurst logo.

I have the LSR one with stock shift knob...shorter throw than the factory hurst, still looks stock. Can swap between a knob.

oh yeah.. and about half the price

So here it is. . the video of the horrible wobble I have in my Hurst.

Oh, this is my 2,500 post also!!!
Can't get the vid to enable. . .here's the link.

subzero05 08-31-2010 04:43 PM

yeah you definately have an issue there!. I have never seen one move like that. who installed the unit?

franknbeans 08-31-2010 04:48 PM

:iono: I installed it. . .

it's a simple pull and swap. . can't imagine i did it wrong.

jvilla 08-31-2010 05:25 PM

Does any one sell this size logo?

Infern0 08-31-2010 06:17 PM

I installed my Barton as well and get that wobble. Never thought that was abnormal before though. There's no real way to mess up a shifter install though, and have it still work that is.

Anyone have a video of a NON wobbly knob?

I like the look of the factory installed shifter, gonna have to order one for mine. I've always liked the Hurst shifters, but am not a fan of the Qball.
