As promised, here are a few new pictures of the drivers side....

We still have to box the frame back in, and clock the center section. We ordered the scavenge box and return pump...Turbowerx for the win... The Exa Pump....

One difference of note here is the pipe coming off the wastegate...

It dumps to atmosphere... so it'll be louder when venting, rather than dumping back into the exhaust pipe.... This will also allow more power....and quite the light show after dark... lots of flames rolling out of there....

Despite being bigger, these turbos are substantially easier to remove from the car if need be... The way Justin and Corey have fitted them in is amazing...

Heck, I still don't know where I'm staying at yet.... I paid for the RV spot, and may just rent one for the wife and I and Corey.... If you want to come down, check hotels in the area... Beeville hotels are full, but there are some towns not too far away that still have rooms....

No, haven't heard yet... One place they were discussing fell through.... I may end up renting an RV... Not sure yet, still want to make sure everything works out...

And Mlee, for reference, the waste gate pipes above are as big or bigger than most cars exhaust.... Those down pipes are 3.5 inches in diameter....

Got an old friends house down in rockport off of Clam drive. I was hoping he'd offer us to stay there for free, but he sent me the $ per night.....$200 per night, two night minimum. Damnit...

But if everyone wants to go and we all split it, I'd contemplate it. Just don't feel like spending $100 to go for the weekend. Wish we had the condo...everyone could stay there for free.
