9. I would not buy a Camaro coupe. Convertibles are the only way to go, no matter what type of performance car. 2013 convertibles. My SS, and my best friends' 427 Corvette and Turbo S.

3 fabric tops, 1 top frame, 1 drainage tube reattached, 1 window motor & regulator replaced....and I still give this a 10!

Afte the first year of top issues, GM's problem was that they hadn't trained anyone on how to PROPERLY fix these issues. If they had done so, SO MANY people would not have had to keep going back time & time again.

As I said though, it was SO WORTH waiting it out & finally getting to someone who knew what they were doing with repairs!

Well mine is in the shop right now to get the header panel that surrounds the latch handle replaced. To relplace it the top has to be removed. They loaned me a 2010 Ford F150 crew cab 4X4 with all the bells and whistles. To tell the truth I am not impressed with it. The thing is a dog. No power at all. I just looked and it has the 5.4 V8.... Very sorry engine, it only has 14,000 miles on it and is totally gutless.
Anyway they have sent my car to the shop that does all their convertible work for them.
As of right now I still give my convertible a 9.5 rating after 1 year and 1 month and 13,800 miles. I just hope this shop does a good job, I do not want top issues to start now.

You are absolutely correct ! Once I got the GM tech in to do the repair I haven't had a problem since it was done last September. :happyanim: permagrin lives !

7 - as is
9 - if if didn't have the quality issues

I can't believe how forgiving most people here are. All the issues and still 9s 10s and higher??

This is my first new car and I was definitley disappoined with all the problems right out of the box. If I didn't have to deal with the problems it would easily be a 9 or higher.
