I'm getting a caravan together to go to the Camaro5 Fest III on August 2-4, 2012 in Indianapolis,IN. Anyone interested in caravaning with us, post up on here. Driving time from Reading exit of PA Turnpike to Lucas Oil Raceway is 600 miles, 8 hours 40 minutes.

sscamaro, I am getting the caravan together for the Mid-Atlantic area. We will be coming up to us40 and I70w. Would you and your crew be interested in merging together as we drive in?

Check our link in the Mid-Atlantic section. Let me know. We can coordinate if you and your crew are interested.

We will be going out on route I-70. Where will your crew be getting on I-70? As you can see it is a 9+ hour drive for us, so it is a one day trip.

We are going to come into I70 @ us43 Mon Fayette PKWY just after Speers. It is an 11 hour ride for us. We have not decided if we are doing one or two days yet.

If interested, let me know. We can coordinate to merge together or meet at a stop. Plenty of time to coordinate if it works for your Caravan.

Hey Ralph I should be able to tag along as well. Possibly my brother as well in his Challenger.

Can you tell me the rest of your route up? Are you guys taking I68 up through Cumberland,Md.,and US40 through Uniontown,Pa.?

Currently this is the plan. I have a copy of the map in the Mid-Atlantic section of the forum. It is on top as a sticky. If you can hook up, that would be awesome! Most likely we will do an overnight around wheeling or Columbus. It will give more flexibility to meet other caravans and to rest up before Fridays festivities. :D

If so, place your name in the thread and I will put you on the list. If something changes, just reach out and let me know.

Yes,There will be a "host hotel" for the event,but they have not announced it yet.

Hyatt offers rooms @ $99+ tax (retail $124/$108 hotels.com) for 10+ rooms.

I think we will wait till they pick a "Host Hotel". That is where most of the action is.
