Depends on if I get my car by then.. If I get a really good deal on a 2011 2SS then I am in.. Otherwise I will be waiting till next year because my main intention is getting a 2SS 2012.

The convoy to C5 Fest was one of the best parts. We met so many new friends and had a blast. Looking forward to heading the opposite direction this time.

Last year I just told all my professors on the first day of the semester that I had a trip to take and told them the dates. If anything was scheduled for those dates they worked with me to do them before or after the trip since I told them so far in advance

The quickest way is to go west not south and then west. Google it. It will take 15 hours but I believe that time is based on a 60mph speed.

The map I saw took us west and a little north before back down to Phoenix. Coop you gunna come?!

I-40 would be the simplest and quickest way to go.

I-40 all the way it is! Kevin and I will be making a detour on the way home to see the grand canyon, anyone wanna join??

Made that trip in 1979 in a ford LTD, I-40 to flagstaff, south to Phoenix (Scottsdale)Speed limit was 55 I believe, took us about 24 hrs. Trip would have to be better in a Camaro @ oh, say 85.

Lmao - speed limit is a bit higher now than it was then, I'd assume.

I drove I-40 from Cali to Oklahoma in June and the speed limit was between 70-75.

I know some of u guys are too young to remember a 55 speed limit.......makes for a long trip no matter what your driving, especially when your friends annoying sister is with you. Should have went to So. Padre with other classmates. (which I did the next two summers) Of course the ride back from Padre was always rough, sun burn, hungover,broke....ahhh the 80's:headbang:

I would guess we're going to leave wednesday - spend the night somewhere along the way - and arrive sometime thursday.
