Where are all the Calgary camaros???
 

Was out late afternoon yesterday driving around and every other car on the road seemed like a mustang. Actually followed a really nice orange and black one for a few kms.....I only saw 1 black camaro in 2 hours being on the road. Where is everyone?? Still in storage??

I've been driving mine daily to work and back ;) I live in the north, near empire theatres 16.

I was in Calgary last weekend and saw quite a few. Saw a nice Ashen Grey one that was done up nicely. Black rims, body kit, dark tinted windows.

I've had mine out a few times. I'm in deep south Calgary and i'm just waiting for the Deerfoot gravel pit to be cleaned up before driving north south. Davenport just installed new headers and an exhaust and I had to brave Deerfoot with all those rocks everywhere, not good man not good.

I'll be driving around this weekend for sure but most likely just staying south.

I HATE deerfoot! Was driving a client to the airport from the south end of the city and I got hit with a massive boulder in the windshield (exaggeration but it sounded massive, I let out a big f bomb) ....left an ugly crack...actually just picked up another rock on Friday down on 17th ave and by yesterday it spread all the way across...:frusty:

All winter, nothing, 2 in 2 weeks...grr...

There's a few up by me in the NW, one of the guys at my dealer's service department lives in the same area and I also have a twin Camaro around the corner from me. He works overseas, so not out very often and only in the summer.

I forgot I got in behind a red 4th gen as well. Was a bit weathered, but in decent shape.

smarbrit, I finally got my exhaust installed by Davenport, if you are around the south end anytime let me know and you can come check it out and give it a listen.

Picked up 42 HP on the install.

Saw a really nice Black SS with ground effects today, had spent some time at Davenport....passed me around Chestermire had some fun till the Edmonton turn off from Stoney trail

That looks like Dalhousie Canadian tire judging from Northland Mall behind your car. Sorry I missed ya. I was there at 2pm on Saturday picking up cleaning supplies. Spent Saturday getting my car ready for Sunday. Well I'm off to enjoy this beautiful day in the ZL1's maiden cruze. The streets are swept in the N.W. around my house so it's finally time!

It is the dalhousie one, stopped in my way home from work Friday.

We went out for a bit as well today! Note to self, wash car AFTER cruising, holy bugs! Saw a lot of nice cars out and a zillion motorcycles. Only saw 2 camaros tho...

Saw a few today :)

I saw a black 45th anniversary vert on 14st north close to northmount.
A black with dark tint heading south near country hills and harvest hills blvd.
A yellow turning off of harvest hills blvd in to panorama by the macs north of the superstore.

Love the way the metallic paint looks in this bright sunlight!

Saw 2 yesterday, a burgundy one out by Bragg creek and a yellow with black stripes just west of cochrane.

I followed a victory red from country hills to Stoney trail this morning, was gonna sit behind it but was going too slow, waved when I passed but didn't even get a glance over. She followed all the way to crow child, I turned off downtown.

Saw a nice black one turning onto Kensington road off crow child around 540 tonight.

Oh, and another black one with a sunroof coming out of royal oak/rocky ridge on country hills.

Mother told me she has a SGM follow her for awhile the other day. Joked and said she thought it was me but since I'm in Ottawa that rules me out.

I know my old SGM is in Calgary...oh and my pretty Black 1LE will be tomorrow :)

SGM was the only colour for me. I couldn't settle for any other. I want to do my interior dash and door trim in SGM but want OEM parts.

Looks like I'll have to order the SIM trim kit strip it's paint and have it sprayed SGM as I want it done on the inside as it should be.

I was in Red Deer today with mine. I have been cruising around when I can parents are in town seeing the new baby so I have not got to get as much cruising in as I would of liked, especially with the amazing weather we have been having the past couple days. I will be in the south tomorrow morning with mine going to see a couple places for some things I want done to the car. Also mine will be at Driven next weekend in the Visions booth. My buddy begged me to put it in his booth, and I don't even have a stereo in it.

BTW I have been seeing a lot of Synergy Green ones out in Airdrie lately.

I was there on business last Friday. Saw the black / yellow 2-tone SS from this site, in-front of Davenport on my way to the airport.

She came April 14th in that snow storm. So downfall her rear facing car seat will not fit in the backseat. Well it does if my wife is not in the car. We learnt that today, had to send her with the grandparents.

Oh damn, I didn't realize Driven was this weekend too! Guess I'll go to davenports grand opening show and shine, and then head over to driven.

I've never been to driven before though. Is it worth going to see?

I always liked the show but its mostly imports and exotics. There is usually tons of cars and lots to do.

I've seen a few so far during the brief bout of nice weather we've been having. There was a beauty yellow SS with ground effects parked at Crowfoot this past Friday afternoon. Saw a nice convertible rounding the corner at Shag and Country Hills.
Haven't seen any ZL1's on the road in town yet, but pretty sure I saw a black vert heading west on Highway 1 Sunday afternoon.

Davenport is having their grand opening on Saturday. Should be awesome.

I have seen 2 ZL1s now. A black and a red. Both going the wrong way of course.

I've been driving mine almost all last week and this week so far.

I live in Okotoks, and drive to SAIT Polytechnic in north Calgary every day. Usually take Deerfoot Trail.

It's pretty awesome. Words can't even really explain it.

Shoot i took a 12 hour 600 mile round trip out to minnesota this weekend and i only saw 2 5th gens. And one of them i saw while i was staying there. Seem to be a rare thing in my area.

I saw a gorgeous 68 camaro, orange with black rs stripes walking to my car downtown Calgary around 5pm. It would look awesome parked beside mine in my garage ;). License plate said Lees 68 or something like that.
