Well, we'll go ahead and order another large batch of lanyards to bring with us to the fest. I think we'll order a larger batch than last time and see if we can get cut a break.

In all honesty, I think it would be easiest of we had all the cards (to be filled out by the member) and lanyards at the host hotel and track so they could be picked up and filled out then. It would be nice if it were double sided as the lanyards do swing around. But, if not, it shouldn't be a deal breaker. When you are talking about buying 500 name cards, the price begins to get up there.

But, as I said, we'll have the lanyards. If you guys want to try to figure something out on the cards, by all means, please help!
