Saying goodbye

Hey guys I haven't posted much here recently but I used to spend hours browsing this sub everyday and trying to learn as much as I could about these amazing cars and how I wanted to modify my own car. After 4 years and 80,000 miles I decided the best time for me to sell my car was this summer and my girlfriend has been asking me to get something a little bigger and more comfortable. I settled on a 2014 BMW 320i with 40,000 miles. Hopefully I love it as much as my Camaro but that will be difficult. Anyway good luck with your builds guys and thanks so much for the guidance.

Is the turn signal stalk deleted or does it just get in the way of your ring finger?

I know a guy with one of those. He loves it, modded they are pretty quick, his is turbo I believe. Took him for a ride in the Camaro and he loved it. Made him appreciate muscle cars.

Ha! I was going to say the same thing. :smiling1:

My advice for you youngsters just getting ready to settle down, start a family, etc. is..... DO NOT EVER give up your car, at least not unless it is absolutely unavoidable. You WILL regret it at some point and the majority of you will find it damn near impossible to talk your future wife into ever letting you get another one, especially if you have more than 2 kids and/or live up north. For those of you who have already made this mistake, I found that annoying the sh!t out of my wife on a daily basis seemed to work really well. Just keep boring them to death with stats on the new models, pull into every dealership when riding together just to drive by and look at the cars on the lot, etc. I even went so far as to train my kids to point out every single Camaro, Mustang, and Challenger on the road, they drove her absolutely nuts on the way to and from school. It took several years and I had to buy her a new minivan, but she finally caved. :bonk:

You really never hear the term “car whipped” do you? :pound: Do you think she was squeezing his sack saying “type this exactly as I say it”.

Anyway, good luck with that joint Facebook account OP.

Just keep buying cars. I have 3 coupes and 1 family car. You don't need every car to be reasonable for a family... I feel like just 1 is enough :smiling1:

I would take a new M5 or C63 AMG over a Camaro. Love my car, but there is always something better out there.
