First AutoX with the ZL1 - Video
 

Took the Z out to play today. Didn't know what to expect but just wanted to learn the car a bit and slide it around to test the limits of PTM. Stuck with mode 3 as the course was very tight. It was like trying to fit a square block through a round hole in some places on the track but the Z managed pretty well. The mini coopers however managed some of the gates a little better. Haha

Other than the actual size of the car, it was a little over powered for the course but lots of fun. I was only able to flirt in second gear between 1/4 and 1/2 throttle. There is a quick run for the finish at the end where you can jump on it out of the slalom.

Over all, I learned a few things about the car and turned a 53 sec lap which was 4 seconds faster than the fastest vette (an 02 Z06).

That's a good course for a long wheelbase car like the Camaro. Looks like fun!
