Lake Havasu London Bridge Run to Fun (Jan 23-25)

Hey guys posting this early to get as many camaros to caravan out with us again this year. The Arizona club runs this so you have to sign up on their forums. Its Arizonaallgens.com they are seriously an amazing group of people. The event is January 23-25 we will be leaving Friday at about 10:30am. This will be my second time going and had seriously the most fun last year. Over 150 camaros show up and all cruise together we all stay in the same hotel and hang out. Its a Blast. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Let me know who wants to cruise out together

Hey guys,

Alright guys We are going to stop in Palm Desert and meet up with the northern and central Camaro group off the 10 fwy and eat lunch at Billy Qs. The address to Billy Qs is

36901 Cook St, UNIT 7,
Palm Desert, CA 92211

I also will attach a link for the route that we will be traveling. If you have any questions please feel free to pm me, post up, or text me (858)-603-0119

Here is the link to the mapquest

Once again out three locations are

204 E Via Rancho Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92025 - this is BJ's address where we will be meeting at 10:30am and departing around 11am. It should take us roughly 2 hours to get to our meet up point for lunch with the norcal group. So please eat before we leave and have the maro gassed up

36901 Cook St, UNIT 7, Palm Desert, CA 92211 - Billy Q's This is where we will be meeting for lunch at roughly 1pm. The norcal group is going to meet us here and any one else who is around palm desert area should meet us here as well as this would be the best time and place for ease of the group.

from lunch its a straight shot to the hotel

which is located at 1300 Mcculloch Blvd N, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 - even if youre not staying here I advise that you come there first as we have a mandatory check in there for the cruise the following morning.

once again like said before if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get ahold of me

UPDATE: We will now be meeting at 10:30am and rolling out no later than 11 at our original location of BJs Restaurant. That gets us to Palm Desert meet up point about 1 we will stop and grab the other couple members if anyone wants to grab lunch to go they can. Then we will make sure everyone is fueled up and hit the road again as we only have three hours to make it to Havasu to make it to the meeting. Looking forward to tomorrow everyone. My cell is (858)-603-0119, one more time in case anyone is having any issues. See you in the morning!!!!

EEEK, Thursday? We can't leave Friday? As much fun as we had last year on this cruise, taking two days off in a row may be a challenge...I'll let you know.

Kev it's the same set up as year, we got there Thursday night Friday we go up and did the cruise, Saturday we went to pirates cove and Sunday we got up and left if I'm wrong please correct me

DVader 08-30-2014 06:57 PM

I don't remember. I'd have to search old messages. The earliest I could leave this year would be after work on Thursday. I'll keep you posted. Guess that makes me tentative for now. We'll figure something out. I was thinking we left Friday morning, had dinner, met early the next morning for the cruise and pictures, then cruised out to Pirates Cove, and left Sunday...I'm old so I do forget things. You're probably right.

DVader 08-30-2014 07:09 PM

Just checked an old message I sent out..we did leave around noon on Friday.

If you haven't made the "Run to the Fun", you don't know what you're missing! It's an amazing display of cars and people. Without a doubt one of the top Camaro events in the West.:emoticon6:
