P0038 and P0058 please help!

got a problem!!! Need assist!
changed long tubes to BBK Headers with cats. Now I've got Check engine alarm.
The computer diagnosis says P0038 & P0058 error.
We erased errors and tried start engine when cats are hot. It was ok, no errors.
But when cats are cold errors are coming back.
Did anyone meet this problem?

You need a tune...no way out with your setup.

I prefer a custom tune on a chassis dyno, more expensive yet more precise.
