My first real Adams customer service experience!
First of all Adams has always had great customer service but today they went above and beyond my expectations. Last week I ordered a simple brilliant glaze I live in denver mind you so very close to boulder. The package never showed up in my mail even though the tracking said so. I sent Dylan a pm about it last night around 11:30 thinking he would get it this morning but I looked at my messages and he had written me back within 10 min (awesome) then he told me to call fedex and see if they could track it for me which they couldn't so I called Ashley today and without hesitation she shipped me a new bottle and said don't worry about a thing! Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to the Adams crew for having the greatest customer service! I will be a customer for life!!
