I asked this in PWA thread the other day, but you guys blew by it at 100PPH ...so...how does that A/F gauge work. What does it hook to

sensor goes into your header collector into one of the bungs.. special wideband o2 sensor.

wire goes into the car and hooks up to the wideband controller..the controller hooks to the gauge.. interprets what the controller says and puts it into a number for me to decode when tuning. Reads the parts of air to fuel.

14.7 is optimal for cruisin.

12.7-13.1 is optimal for WOT

lol

hope that helps

Cool...I was thinking it might be useful on a stock engine to see what's going on. It seems to me that you could detect too much knock sensor retard with it

on a optimally tuned engine, there should be no KR. it's more a safety blanket if you get some bad fuel or something

great lookin and sounding car!

I think that AFR guage would be perfect for my nitrous setup. I actually think i have a guage in the garage somewhere that's never been used. just need to figure out how to get it installed on my v6. where did you get that pod?

thanks!

got the pod from PFYC

they're a sponsor on here..but they have a site too.

they are the only ones that sell the pod..make sure to modify it like i did to not use 3m tape, but to use screws.

if you have stock exhaust.. you'll need a bung welded, but if you have headers, you should have an extra bung for the o2 sensor in the kit.
