Elite Engineering Oil Catch Can

2 Attachment(s)
I just finished installing my oil catch can for my L99.
Actually Ill give my wife most of the credit as she is more mechanically inclined than I am
I was very hesitant to start this project as I am not a car guy.
It really wasnt that bad though.
Took it for a test ride when we were through and no check engine lights came on so I think we did it correctly :)
Im anxious to see how much oil it picks up.
Sorry for the quality of the pics.

Congratulations on the install. These LS engines really do need a catch can to protect the intake.

Keep an eye on it, mine fills up like every 3 weeks, I have a problem with my Valley cover but the dealer says I dont!!!! You should only see a very little bit every few thousand miles!!!! Keep us informed!

After around 300 miles, I looked in my catch can today.
There was about a teaspoon in there.
Not sure if thats good or bad? :iono:

That's good. It means that it was installed correctly, is collecting crankcase waste vapor but not an excessive amount.
