Great Baltimore Area Dealer

My experience with AutoNation Chevrolet in Timonium:

I ordered a 16 2SS back in February from a dealer that turned out to not have any allocations. So, went to a different dealer (AutoNation), made sure she had an allocation, and ordered a 17 2SS instead.

They did me one better and added my options to one they already had ordered, so I got my TPW pretty much right away.

Checked with a Chevy rep on the website (Becky is busy enough) on 6/15 and had a VIN and was at 4200 and in the shipping process.

Got back in touch with the dealer and gave her my delivery requests (no detailing, no front license plate bracket, no dealer logo) and asked her to give me a shout when she got an idea on when it would show up. She figured it would be by the end of the month, I had my doubts.

So yesterday, I shot her an email to see if she had an ETA, she didn't, but she was going to make a call and see what she could find out. No biggie, I got on the chat with Chevrolet, and asked if thy knew anything. The Chevrolet rep said it hadn't mad it on to a transport. I was a bit disappointed, but not surprised.

Fast forward to today, and she emailed me that the car was at the port in Annapolis (I guess that's where the train drops them off) and she would let me know when it would be at the dealer.

2X fast forward, she called me about a half hour later and said they were unloading it from the hauler as we spoke. So that was around noon, and of course they wanted to get the deal done today, since it's the end of the month and quarter.

Nooooooo problem. Slap those black bow ties on there and I'll see you at 6. I pull in to the lot at 6, and I see the guy driving it around to the front. It had 5 miles on it when I took it for my test drive.

So I went from not thinking I would see it for another week or two to driving it home tonight. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, once I went to a good dealer. And the car is awesome!

So if you're looking to buy a Camaro, or pretty much anything else, I highly recommend Sherri Burrier and AutoNation.
