hurst short throw
 

talked with my dealer today, he informed me of a delay on the order of my 2ss, due to the fact that there is a problem or a shortage with the dealer installed hurst short throw shifter. has anyone heard anything about this?:mad0259:

Welcome to the site. This topic has been covered a couple of times. Check them out by searching the site. But in short the answer is yes. If you ordered a STS on your car, then you need to remove it until it is resolved.

Got a call from my dealer today to he told me the samething thing, he said if I keep the shifter on my order they will put my order last, or until the shifter is avalibale, so I told him to drop the shifter off my order, he did and told me that mine was early sold order.

thanks for the replies! i think i'd rather put the shifter in myself anyways!
