Black Interior only!

Damn! I would buy this car but for that. I am driving it around town. It is not a track only car! Although, great package... Hell, if it was track only, wouldn't need a passenger seat or back seat. But I need a place for the significant only.

Let's see what changes are in store for 2014! And I thought 2013 was the ticket with the nav. Oh well, saving money til next year. Come on Chevy, I love the looks of the Camaro!!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to be loyal......

I was disappointed too about the seats. I really like the IOM interior on a black car. But I most likely will not be buying a 1LE anyway. I wonder why this is so?

I would love to trade my '10 SS for a 1LE, but just cant justify the hit....I am quite disappointed that black is the only interior option. For those of you that are going to respond that this is a track car and should not have any cosmetic appeal, just zip it. For one, the lighter color interior is functional in hot climates.....and i like the 2 tone appeal of the non black. If this came with recaro seats, then fine, I can understand the black only to keep costs down....but these are the same factory seats that already exist

Its a track car you big babies. J/k. Lol. I too was dissapointed when i saw this. I am seriously looking at selling my 2010 SS for one. I have black on black now and thought it would be nice to change the interior. Now i am not even sure what exterior color to get so the black only interior saves me the frustration of making a decision between several options.

Simplicity keeps cost down. Black is an aggressive color so it fits the nature of the car and it goes with any exterior color.

Oh if this is what is really holding anyone back from buying the car (strange) then have some interior mods done. They are much cheaper than performance changes.

It has to be that, like the ZL1, it has the sueded steering wheel and shifter. ZL1 is black only so the 1LE is black only.

I'm okay with the black on black as my two tone in my Cobalt(grey seat bottoms and back) could use some cleaning as they are showing some dirt now after 3 years.

What I wanna know is...Does black on black interior mean that the interior door panels are going to be dark in color as well or will they come "body colored"? i.e. White as in the color I ordered.
?

Paint them or cover them with tape. Easy to do.

When I was ordering my 1SS 1LE, the dealer told me I could get the interior in black cloth or gray/beige cloth. With 2SS I had the impression that you could get the leather option too in various colors.

Also, there is some pictures floating around the forum of a black 1LE and that has gray cloth interior. However, I think it was a GM CTF car so not sure if that was "production" intent build.

Again, I think the website might be glitchin', best thing would be to go through the options with the dealer. I don't understand why GM would offer the weird ground effects package on the 1LE but not the normal SS interior options. Strange.

Anyhow, I did want all black interior so I am glad that is there but I do feel for folks that wantd something else.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that my cars interior is black. :)

I planned on ordering black seats anyways....

No complaints here.

Damn. If you could get the inferno orange accent interior I'd order one today.
