No racing for convertibles at Cfest
 

Just got confirmation that unless you have a full rollbar setup, convertibles are not allowed to join in the racing at Cfest in Kentucky. Can only do parade laps. Pretty big disappointment. Have to admit, thinking twice about going know since it's a long drive from Canada and can't really run my car like I was hoping too. Still, wouldn't trade my convertible in just to race. NO WAY

Verts look good racing or not - no matter what, you win! I got mine for the street use only - 4 years ago, and have yet to be disappointed. Get lots of thumbs up especially when the top's down.

This is a major bummer to me also. Now I am having second thoughts about going as well. Without the motor activity it just doesn't seem worthwhile for the long drive.

Have to think about it over the weekend.

Bummer. BUT!!! Spring is coming and top down season will on!!
