ZL1 splitter height
There have been a number of threads about ground clearance on the ZL1. I measured the splitter today at the Dallas car show and it has just over 5.5" of clearance. This is a full inch better than the Corvette ZR1 or Z06, which is very significant, plus the distance from the tip of the splitter to the wheel contact visually looks much shorter. I think ground clearnce will not be an issue on the ZL1.
(If this is redundant from another post, sorry - don't have a cow, I just had not seen the actual measurement posted.) |
it will hit most curbs at parking so be carefull!

MOOOOOOOOO! Thanks Rob! No one has really posted the actual height. Thank you! It's good to hear. There will be a learning curve for me regardless..... I'm not going to trust any approach with disregard.

Good Info!

FYI the SS front is almost 7 1/2 inches for the ground
|
I have to approach my driveway at an angle now, that was not a requirement before with the ss bumper.
