I had ordered 2013 early march and still no build yet , dealer says min june ?? what gives ?

I ordered mine March 29th. TPW 4/22, still waiting to be built.

they said 6 to 8 weeks

Get an order number and have BeckyD check for the exact status.

Get your TPW, its gonna give you an idea. June sounds like a stretch. Ordered mine early march and it was built on the 22nd of April. Waiting on the transport date now.

I'm new here { sorry for sounding dumb} but who is becky and what is TPW ?

Ordered mine March 25 and was told 6-8 weeks, we are 5 weeks in and tracking still shows nothing but "Order Placed". Called my dealer and GM customer service last week, neither could give me any additional info. So I sent a PM to William R.(Chevrolet Customer Care) on this forum, he was able to look into it for me and contacted my dealer and said that the car will now be scheduled for build.:clap2:
Thanks William, I was stressing out since I have already purchased several parts for the car and I was starting to wonder if someone had "dropped the ball". I feel a lot better after William contacted me yesterday.:thumb:

:welcome: to Camaro5. Like ItsBroke stated, go to that thread and go to the last pages and you will see posts by BeckyD@RodgersChevrolet. She has been on here helping "lost souls" :lol: such as you for the last 4 years, she is very helpful. You will need your order number from the dealer, usually a 6 letter combo, something like this QWUTSC. Give her that info and she will help track the status of your order. TPW stands for Target Production Week.Congrats on your order. :biggrin:

I contacted Becky and she shows my order(QXVB25) still being at 1100 Status after 5 weeks of waiting, I was under the impression that the problem with the order had been resolved. Would you be kind enough to check on this for me again?

Your dealer must be waiting for an available allocation. Are you ordering a '13 or '14?

You guys are really pushing it for 2013 year cars. In June they start making 2014.

I ordered a 2013 on 3/25/13 (Order# QXVB25) with plenty of time for it to be built before production of the 2014 models. I am still waiting to see this car go beyond 1100 Status after over 5 weeks of waiting.
