why are you okie lite ? You will always be known as the other school in oklahoma no matter what you do. Ask anyone in the US who they think of in Oklahoma for Football 99% will say OU. Hell the young lady in the post above is in NY and she is a OU Fan. No one thinks of okie state when they think Football in oklahoma.

What's the word on Texas going to a bowl game? I heard ya'll could be an at large team for that.

Highly doubt it. You typically need 6 wins to be bowl eligible. Even if Texas is a "big name" team, I don't think we should get any kind of preferential treatment because of it.

We sucked this season. The consequence of that is we don't go to a bowl game just like any other team that finishes with a 5-7 record.
