Once they find out their allocation numbers at the beginning of the month for the next months production runs. Since that's the only time they would be able to actually submit an order.

We ordered our Camaro January 30th and got the Welcome Kit today March 2nd.
Nice (form) letter from Ed Peper, and Sketch of the Camaro with my name on it and Order number... Unfortunately it should have come in both mine and my wife's name, the dealer must not have submitted both of our names..
