Found this keeps you up to date on construction on I-75, what are the exit numbers, what fuel and food locations at each exit, rest stops, ect...

Cool, thanks, but not like it matters. Thats the thing with construction, you either deal with it or don't drive. It is a necesary evil... now we just know where is gonna SUCK! ;)

We are on 75 from Northern MI to Valdosta with A LOT of cars.... This should be interesting if nothing else!

Bypass Atlanta at all costs! :D

colemanvoice 04-14-2010 08:30 AM

I just heard on the news this morning that construction that was due to start on 75 in down town Atlanta has been postponed. The reason for the delay, there will be too many events going on in town this weekend. So it sounds like they expect a lot of traffic this weekend, at least no construction. I think you can expect construction on the way back though.
285 does bypass Atlanta, but 285 can be scary in itself. Atlanta does have an HOV lane. It helps a lot during the week, not sure about the weekend though, considering most cars have more than one person during the weekend.
