Maybe a silly question, but how does everyone keep out the spiders, bugs, rodents, etc.? Anyone have good results with the electric repellers? I've read mixed reviews.

I have had no luck with electric repellers.
Best thing is to have it sprayed. I always ask my pest control guy to spray the ceiling in the garage and around doors with an extra dose! I also live on a lake so spiders are always bad.
He throws out extra rat/mouse bait as well. Keeps things to a minimum, but I do have to knock the spider webs down weekly or it gets bad!

Go on amazon and order demand cs. Not the knock off stuff. It's like 40 bucks for a small container but you dilute it and it works fantastic. It's what a lot of pest control companies use. I spray it mainly outside and have had fantastic results. Buy a sprayer and the bottle and your good and will save a ton of money than having someone come out and do it
