Just go back to the dealer, they can reflash the ECM
Have to had it done Twice. Because of Warranty Work

There are 3 different engine operating systems and 2 Transmisson operating systems

You could have 1 of 5 different combinations

Thank you all. I found it but i didnt go back to stock. My tuner did things and my problems ended. I had starting issue when cold start. My car was shut down after few seconds when starting. Espacily when cold weather. Now evertthing seems good
