I've admittedly been under impressed with the super sealant. I let it cure for an hour before buffing yet as time goes on I'm noticing much reduced beading after washes. I'm wondering if its my washing process...

lol

I suppose it's possible. I don't know for a fact if it does or not. Just seems to me that since the Americana sits on top of the sealant, it's doing the lion's share of the work.

What I think is MOST important for sheeting is an absolutely smooth surface. Claying/polishing IMO gives the water nothing to cling to. Then the wax can use it's hydrophobic properties to repel water, and no little crags or debris will stop the water.

Double bucket. The Adams big ass microfiber wash pad. I use meguirs gold class wash solution. I'm wondering if its too strong and strips? I do have hard water where I live too.

How long has it been applied? How often do you wash the car? Is it a DD? Are you using a pH neutral soap?

There are many different factors that contribute to the life of a sealant/wax.

It needs longer them An hour to cure the super sealant

Adam's Quick Sealant is 15mins
Adam's Super Sealant is 24hrs

I use the quick sealant because I do not have a garage and I wax on top of that, I have well water (very hard water) where I live now and I make sure to baby the CRAP out of my paint. Adam's products have done nothing short of amazing works with my paint.
