Put a bucket under the hub assembly when you take the spindle bolts off.

Other than that. Have fun. It's pretty easy.

Oh, ya, might wanns get a pipe to pry the spindle bolts off with. lol

I don't get it.

But you really don't have to compress the spring. It should be ok if you're careful.

There's also a pretty good "how to" thread in the DIY section.

YES. You do.

:word:

You aren't gonna hurt much to wait a few days, but you'll want to get it done.

My shop told me to drive it for a week and then bring it in. But others disagree and say do it after a day. Just to let the springs 'seat' a little.

you can really screw things up pretty quick actually, depends on how close you get it back together again, if it's not close you could regret waiting.

as others have stated, yes you need an alignment. Assuming your factory alignment was not changed during the installation of these springs, you should be ok to drive it to the next available appointment at your alignment shop. But its a good idea to get one as soon as possible. Make sense?

With the suspension hanging, if you just put it back on and tighten it as it hangs, you actually won't be far off. At least I wasn't.

But you bring a good point. It was the case with me that he told me to drive it for a while. But he had already put it on a flat pad and looked at it. I suppose if it were way out of whack he'd have done it right then.

Of course I had a few shops run form it. INCLUDING my dealer. True story.
