8 piston calipers that use common corvette pads. Has anyone tried these yet?

- cheapest "good" set of ss brake lines is about $150 - HPS pads are about another $120 So you're getting 8 piston calipers for like $745 - :bolt: That and I'm curious to know what they mean by "brackets and hardware" - I have a feeling they're going to be wheel spacers. |
what about the rotor? and the fact they are that inexpensive is a little scary

- Its a universal caliper with a spacer to get the offset right.
- There's no mention of piston design. - It looks to be a monobloc but there appears to be no engineering analysis done because there's a lot of excess material that could be removed to make it lighter and not reduce strength. - Thats a lot of caliper for a stock size rotor so you only addressed 1 of 2 weak links. Adding racing brake rotors would help but at that price point I would look at different kits. |

It states 30 and 35 mm but not the mix. More doesn't always mean better. Especially when they haven't even mentioned any steps to address heat transfer.
