Sac Raceway Meetup 9/18/13
 

Official Meetup Time and Place: SEP 18 AM/PM @ 430 PM. We will then roll into the track. Don't forget your helmets!

Want to start a thread looking if anyone is interested in having a Wednesday night meetup at Sac Raceway? It's 15 bucks to run your car on Wednesdays. I'm thinking it would be fun to meet up there (if you run your car or not). Just need to nail down a good date for everyone and lets make it happen. It's not a competition so don't worry if your car isn't fully built out like you want or that you run 13-14 second 1/4s, no one cares. It's more about the 45 minutes in between runs hanging out and shooting the shit!

Also if anyone knows of any upcoming track days or autoX events let me know we can arrange something I'm itching to run the crap out of this 1LE!

Count me in, sounds fun. I know some of us a while back tried this but at the end a lot of people decided to cancel at last moment, so only a few went. But let me know the time and date.

Only a few is fine. I know a couple members that are down. I'm thinking maybe 3 weeks from now. Anyone have any date suggestions?

Wanted to put this our their, the weekend one Sept 7-8th in Lodi the return to Kingdon is going on. I go every year and last year I was again the only new SS and one Zl1 came out. It's a drag race at the old air port in Lodi. I will be their that weekend. Maybe we could get some more cars come out. Just wanted to put that out.

I got a video someone did when I went against a 2011 cobra. Will put up when I get home. It's real fun, car shows venders.

I like Sacramento Raceway. looking to get into the 12's with cooler fall weather. Unfortunately, I can't get away from work the 1st and 2nd Wednesday of each month. I am probably in on the 3rd and 4th Wednesday depending on the rest of my schedule. I do live 2+ hours away.
