Removing Mods with Tune
 

Hi, I'm parting out my mods as I sell my camaro...


Stainless Works Retro Chambered Catback
Cold Air Inductions Cold Air Intake
VMax Ported Throttle Body
SCT x3 Handheld Tuner



If I take these Items off my car will it run ok if I return to stock with the handheld tuner? Also I have longtube headers but was thinking of replacing the aftermarket exhaust with the stock one. Would everything run ok if returned to stock?

It would probably run fine if you kept the tune on it. I would be more worried about putting a stock tune on headers, as opposed to running a tune on a stock intake.

I would keep the aftermarket headers, but remove the tune so I can sell the handheld

You should read before posting

You will be fine .. a well known tuner here does not change anything for headers alone in his tune after selling you a handheld. Just turns off the CEL points.

Jannetty? That's who I got it from

I bought a set of headers from Jannetty and he said you can run a tune for without installing but can't run headers without a tune due to oblivious. I have a tune for headers in my car now and haven't installed the headers yet. So your good to go.
