How to setup a email notification when a member/s responds to my post?

In your subscriptions check that thread and go down to this in the bottom right corner:Attachment 1119794

If you want to get an email for any thread you post on;
Click on "user CP" in the banner at the top.
Click on Edit Options on the side
Look in Messaging & Notification

i checked all the checkboxes and they are active,... but still not receiving any emails.. what could the issue be?
