GPI SS1 3 Bolt Cam
 

Anybody know the specs on a GPI SS1 3 Bolt cam that I assume is for a LS3 non-VVT ? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

223/237 on 112 dont know the lift

Thanks for the reply. Are sure those nbrs are for the SS1 cam? Are they for a LS3 non-VVT grind as the overlap comes to +6 (which is a lot for a SS1 which is supposed to be GPI's entry level cam) compared to the +1 VVT specs in Hammdo's post.

the specs above are for the VVT cams which is not what you want. When I emailed GPI about the SS1 cam this is what they responded:

It's 223-237 on a 112 lsa

Finally heard from GPI. LS3 SS1 3 bolt specs are as follows: 224/237 .646/.638 LSA 112+4 IC 108 Overlap +6.5

I just replied this morning. Sorry haven't been on Camaro5 in a week or so.
