:iono: Hmmmmm....

I wonder what the fix is? Shielding? New Wires?
I would just zip tie the wires way from the heat if possible for the time being. |
Twilight Zone
I feel like we are in the Twilight Zone or You Just Got Punked.
I know I don;t have my car yet but my heart goes out to everyone who have received it or are still in QC. Hang in there brothers and sisters. |
Duct tape!
|
I heard this was just on V8's from another thread? Anyone know?
|
Yep mine has been recalled. John Fitzpatrick said it only takes like 30 minutes for the fix and that I should be driving it later today as long as the body shop is done with it.

Peice of cake! Pics soon please. |
Well! At least mine is still on QC hold! I guess that would be a good thing.... unless it caught fire! LOL! That would be my luck though!
|
Glad its not a longer fix, get-r-done and get on with production.
|
If you're going to buy a first year model of any vehicle, you should be prepared to deal with issues like this. It's the price you pay for being the first one on the block to have one.
|
RELAX!! Its a simple fix. What other car comes with the battery in the trunk? Its a small thing that was overlooked from the factory. If you bitch about this uncontrollably, theres no hope for you...call your mommy!
