Criswell Chevrolet

They had a black SLP camaro in the shop today. I was suprised that it was. They were closed but i was wondering how do they have 1? I know they sell ZR1 corvettes and stuff but i was happy and suprised when i saw this. Please let me know if you have seen this before.

RoyalKev 11-22-2009 03:54 PM

I think there doing callaway camaros to not sure thought, did you see the sweet yellow zr1 they have inside.

73camarolt 11-22-2009 04:46 PM

Yea. They have a used ZR1 in the back. It has like 700 miles on it. I was laughing when i saw it. They have so many camaros there. I counted like 10 there today. But i still couldnt believe they had the SLP ZL575 in the shop

RoyalKev 11-22-2009 05:20 PM

Yeah I was there last week looking at a used tahoe, there was a used camaro they were shipping to UK that some one bought.

73camarolt 11-22-2009 06:34 PM

What color was the camaro?

RoyalKev 11-22-2009 07:55 PM

Orange it was inside the used car building in the back, interesting note now there selling dodge to, they had a bunch of challengers

73camarolt 11-22-2009 07:57 PM

Yea i know. Me and my dad were up there and we plan on buying a 2010 right after the holidays and he saw them and was like wow these are nice i was like:facepalm: Its not that i dont like them i just like the camaro better

RoyalKev 11-22-2009 08:28 PM

Yeah I love the challengers exterior but the interior is a typical Chrysler rental car haha and they are built like crap, I fixed a complete front end on one and it was just a bunch of plastic junk.

73camarolt 11-22-2009 10:49 PM

Yea i agree. I love the exterior and some of the colors are really nice but the interior looks the same as all of dodges other cars

You would have to check with Mike Furman @ Criswell, but I understand they have several Corvettes and Camaros heading to Callaway for conversion.

Here are the specs of the Callaway:

Camaro's 2010

Thanks Chris. We (Criswell Chevrolet) are moving the Camaro's very well, approx 8 per week. Most of them are sold factory orders. I expect many Callaway Camaro orders over the next few months. Can't wait for Winter to begin so it can end! Can you fill me in on my 3 day Callaway course slated for Feb 2010?
Mike Furman

Any word yet on pricing for the CF ground effects package that makes the package special against the competition and is pictured in sales brochure?

RoyalKev 11-28-2009 02:27 PM

Saw a Black Calloway Camaro with the clear panel in the hood that shows the supercharger today at Criswell in Gburg. It looks awesome! Has carbon-fiber around the panel that shows the polished charger, I'm going to buy a lotto ticket right now!
