Thanks Matt.

Thanks Matt.
The $$$$ might scare me though. The parts looks first class for sure. |

I have pricing, just have to PM me for it! |
Actually it comes out cheaper than blowers if you want to make 600+rwhp.
No need for headers, no need for CAIs, no need for pulleys, no need for overdrive cogs, no need for 8 ribs, no need to do anything. The base price maybe a bit higher than a blower kit but if you figure blower+headers+cai it will be cheaper. |

Kit looks awesome. I was leaning toward the Granatelli kit... but this one may sway my opinion. Interested to see how it turns out.

As per the air filters, they are located off of the turbos, but they are turned up on a good angle into the engine bay. AGP has been able to test the kit through heavy AZ rain and never had a problem even in standing water. THey found it to be less efficient running a long tube cold air system back up to the front, so that's why they placed the filters turned up off the turbos themselves.

Any pictures of the engine bay from the top with the kit installed?
|
Pictures of the filter placement would be very helpful also.

I'll get you some when Kevin @ AGP returns.. Basically they are on a 45* up off of the turbo, far enough up that they do not pick up water at all in standing 6" puddles and the AZ rain |

That is why it has a crazy huge intercooler. Testing shows it hurt more to make cold air intakes and the fmic takes care of the heat. The compressors make enough heat. The intercooler is massive and intake temps post fmic have been almost ambient.
Results, like Matt said it made 680 rwhp 740rwtq on a stock l99 with only other mod being 3" exhaust. Manual would have been 710-720. |
