Would these go well for a daily driver in Denver? Just moved up here, but from what I understand our winter is some snow/ice, and some gorgeous days...not trying to swap wheel setups as the weather turns on a weekly basis, but also wondering how they handle in a good snow or ice storm

You want to try to use snow tires as little as possible on dry roads above 40 degree weather. The compound is much softer and you will get poor traction and poor treadwear using them.
