5th Gen Camaros of Charlotte
 

Calling all Charlotte and surrounding area Camaros!!!!

A buddy and I are starting a new 5th Gen Camaro club in the Charlotte area. We noticed a lot of Camaros in the parking garages at our company and decided to start a local club. Although there's a Camaros of the Carolinas group, we wanted something a little closer to home, so thought we'd start a new group.

We ordered some business cards to hand out that should be here soon. And we created a gmail account for interested owners to contact us for news on meets, cruises, etc. What we plan to do in the beginning is meet the first Saturday of the month at Cars and Coffee in Charlotte. Here's some info:

I thought Cars and Coffee was cancelled because of the Mustang that crashed.

It was for a few months, but they let them start having it again.

I'd be interested in that, I frequently visit the cars and coffee. Seems like these is always a big crowd of vettes and mustangs but slim on the 5th gen Camaros. It would be nice to see more of them there.

5th Gen Camaros of the Carolinas is based out of Charlotte. You guys are welcome to join our group if you wish. We have 186 members and do events all over the state.

The 5th Gen Camaros of Charlotte group will be having our first meet this Saturday, December 6, at Cars and Coffee in Uptown Charlotte (see first post for location info).

The event goes from 7:30-11:00 or so. Being that 7:30am is a little early for a Saturday, we'll be meeting at 10:00am. That'll give us time to hang out for a while, go grab lunch somewhere, and cruise around together before parting ways around 1:00pm.

It was pretty nasty today, so we didn't go to Cars and Coffee, although after looking at the C&C website forum, it looks like they held the event anyway.
